By accessing or using the website at grandislandinsulation.com (the "Site") or engaging Grand Island Insulation for services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who interacts with us through the Site or otherwise.
Grand Island Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Grand Island, NE and surrounding communities in central Nebraska. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, basement insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related work.
All services are subject to a written estimate and mutual agreement before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
We provide written estimates following an on-site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a written service agreement.
Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if conditions discovered during work reveal additional scope - for example, the presence of existing materials that must be removed, structural issues, or access difficulties not visible during the assessment. We will notify you of any material change in scope before proceeding with additional work.
We are not responsible for price changes due to fluctuations in material costs that occur after an estimate is issued.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a scheduling fee.
For spray foam insulation projects, you are required to vacate the property during installation and for at least 24 hours afterward. Failure to make the property accessible as agreed may require rescheduling and could result in additional fees.
We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible in such situations.
Payment terms are outlined in the written service agreement for each project. In general, a deposit may be required before scheduling larger jobs, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards unless otherwise specified.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by Nebraska law, whichever is less.
Disputed charges must be communicated to us in writing within 10 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to dispute within this period constitutes acceptance of the charges.
We stand behind our work. If a defect in our workmanship is identified within 1 year of project completion, we will return to assess and correct the issue at no additional charge, provided the defect is not caused by factors outside our control such as structural movement, flooding, fire, or third-party modifications.
Manufacturer warranties on materials - including spray foam products - are passed through to the customer to the extent permitted by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for warranty claims arising from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or conditions outside the scope of the original project.
The workmanship warranty described above is the sole express warranty provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grand Island Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or your use of this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
The content on this Site - including text, images, logos, and service descriptions - is the property of Grand Island Insulation and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or deceptive content, or to interfere with the operation of the Site.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Hall County, Nebraska, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, before pursuing any court action.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration under Section 9 shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hall County, Nebraska.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or engagement of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
